Common Questions
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders of 10kg or more.
For smaller orders, the most we charge for shipping is $9.95, but it's often less. We can only calculate this at checkout, when you enter your delivery location.
How soon will I get my order?
Once ordered, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Dispatch time is normally 1 or at most 2 business days. We'll send you another email at this point with a tracking number, either from AusPost or Sendle.
Most orders arrive within a week.
Can I send to a PO Box or parcel locker?
We ship using Australia Post, which means Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes are OK. Your order is fully tracked, but doesn't require a signature. We also use Sendle if we think they will be able to get your order to you quicker than AusPost.
Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?
Orders of 2 boxes/sacks or more are elligible for our 30% wholesale discount.
This applies to the following products:
- 15 × 330g pouch (in a 5kg box)
- 10kg box (5 × 2kg bags)
- 10kg sack (bulk - not split into bags)
This will take the effective per-unit pricing down to:
- 330g pouch: $4.01
- 2kg bag: $15.40
- 10kg sack: $70
The minimum is two boxes/sacks (total, i.e. it can be one of each) to get this pricing, and no other discount is applicable.
All wholesale order have free shipping.
If you want to order 100kg or more, please get in touch and we may be able to sharpen the prices further.

Where is your cassava flour made?
We grow cassava in North Queensland and we also now have a partner in Thailand, which is where our current batch of flour has come from.
We couldn't meet the total flour demand from our QLD operation, and the years of back-to-back floods made it imperative to have the insurance of another source outside NQ).
That being said, regardless of which product you get, it’s 100% pure organically grown cassava flour, with no starch, preservatives, chemicals (nor anything else) added.
Our Thai partners grow and process the flour to our standards, and we test each batch to confirm this.
Is your cassava flour certified organic?
Our flour is 100% organically grown, but not yet certified.
No chemical pesticides or herbicides are used on our flour, and only natural fertiliser (buffalo manure) is used.
Absolutely no glyphosate is used, for any purpose.
Is your cassava flour guaranteed to be gluten free?
Our cassava flour is 100% naturally gluten free, and we process it in a strictly gluten free, modern, HACCP compliant facility that does not process any other products.
As such no trace of gluten, soy, egg, corn, maize or any other contaminants will be present in our flour.
